Any verified balance remaining at the time of a valid voluntary closure request will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal conditions.

In cases where an account is suspended due to suspected violations, KL777 will investigate before making a final determination. During the investigation period, the account and any associated balance may be temporarily frozen.

KL777 is not liable for losses that result from a player's own failure to maintain account security, including losses arising from compromised login credentials where the platform was not at fault.
